When you say "I have a life" or "I don't like my life" or anything like this, you are misunderstanding what "life" really is. You don't "have" a life you "are" life.
When you say "I have a life" you are actually pointing to your ego, the personal history, the faulty and limited memories of the past - what you've done, seen, heard, felt, thought, believed, etc.
So, what is "your" life? If you can understand that you are not your personal history, that you are something in the here and now not defined by any previous event or happening, but instead defined by what it is in this moment, then you'll come to the realization (and this can be felt) that you are more than "alive" you are life itself (go ahead, feel how being alive feels like) and you are "aware" of this because you are conscious.
Therefore you are life, you are awareness, you are consciousness, you are here, you are now.
If this consciousness is one with all
If this consciousness is the same in all
If this consciousness is eternal and infinite
and any other question you may have
will no longer be questions once you've fully understand what you are.
